Barbara J Hatcher

Barbara brings decades of leadership in public health and nursing to her role as President & CEO. With extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and innovative initiatives, she has led projects that span the United States, Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean. Her work in public health is complemented by her roles as Co‐Director of a DOH-funded initiative and an adjunct professor at George Mason University, where she shares her expertise with doctoral students. Her professional journey includes leadership positions in maternal and child health, public health administration, and global research, all underpinned by a commitment to advancing health equity.
